Also, please bring a photo identification and your insurance card. You will need to verify that our office is contracted with your insurance at the time you make your appointment.

Dr. Maale and her staff are accustomed to hosting out of town patients. Our office in Plano, Texas is conveniently located 22 miles northeast of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport or 17 miles north of Dallas Love Field.
Dr. Maale recommends that you arrive at least one full day ahead of your scheduled surgery, so that we can complete your pre-operative consult in an unhurried manner. Our goal is to make sure you feel right at home while you are with us. We look forward to serving you!
